Delivery Information

With customer satisfaction at the very heart of everything we do, delivery of you shoes or boots is just as important as the product.

With this in mind, we dedicated 99% of UK deliveries with Royal Mail as most customers know the rough time of their own daily deliveries.

In certain circumstances it may be required that we use another respected carrier service.

Once your order is dispatched, we will update you with confirmation along with all relevant tracking.

Please note, all items will require a signature on receipt for roof of delivery.

The estimated time from ordering to dispatch is shown on the product page of the particular item on our website.

Rarely an item may be out of stock and delivery times could be longer. We will inform you by email if this is the case.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with links and a consignment number to track your package.

When will my item be delivered?

Your order will be delivered as per the tracking information provided to you at the point of dispatch.

If you do not see your tracking details please check your spam mail folder or check your order details in your account.

I won’t be home what can I do?

With Royal Mail and all carriers if you are not able to be home for delivery of your shoes or boots you will be left a card confirming a missed delivery.

With this card and your tracking you can speak with the carrier and:-

Request a specific day for re-delivery.

Arrange to collect your parcel from their own depot.

In some cases arrange a delivery to a collection point.
